VII.3) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 22R-3101, approving the Local Housing Assistance Plan as required by the State Housing Initiatives Partnership Program Act, Subsections 420.907 - 420.9079, Florida Statutes; and Rule Chapter 67-37, Florida Administrative Code; authorizing and directing the City Manager to execute any necessary documents and certifications needed by the State; authorizing the submission of the Local Housing Assistance Plan for review and approval by the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, etc. (Title Only)

VII.10) Adoption Re: Second Reading of Proposed Ordinance No. 22-5411, amending the Future Land Use Chapter of the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Sarasota [AKA The Sarasota City Plan (2030)] to change the Future Land Use Map Classification of those seven (7) certain parcels of real property totaling approximately 1.16 +/- acres located on the north side of Hansen Street in the block to the east of Sunshine Avenue with street addresses of 1707, 1715, 1721, 1735, 1743, 1803 and 1807 Hansen Street from the Neighborhood Office Future Land Use Map Classification to the Multiple Family-Medium Density Future Land Use Map Classification, in accordance with Comprehensive Plan Amendment Application No. 21-PA-02; amending the text of the Future Land Use Chapter by adding a new site specific action strategy 1.10 (6) to limit the land use to only a detached single-family dwelling with or without an attached or detached accessory dwelling unit on each of the seven (7) parcels and limiting the height of structures on each of the seven (7) parcels to 35 feet; repealing Ordinances in conflict; providing for severability of the parts hereof, etc. (Title Only) (Application No. 21-PA-02, Applicant: Joel Freedman, AICP of Schumacher Advisors as agent representing Clubhouse, LLC, Clubhouse Too, LLC and Hansen Property, LLC, fee simple owners)
