VI.1) Approval Re: Proposed 2023 Regular City Commission Meeting Schedule and Deadlines

VI.2) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the First Extension between the City of Sarasota and Hart's Landing Store, LLC of Hart's Landing Concession License. The City has received approximately $118,675.00 in concession fees from the Licensee in the last year which is 15% of the gross income earned at the concession

VI.3) Approval Re: Authorize Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the First Extension between the City of Sarasota and Sarasota Moorings, LLC. for the City of Sarasota Bayfront Mooring Field Operations Agreement. The City has received revenue funds over the last ten years that total $170,928.57 and has a current fund balance of $104,457.89 in this account. The fund balance can only be used for capital improvements to the mooring field

VI.4) Approval Re: Authorize the City Manager to execute a Standard Grant Agreement between the City of Sarasota and the State of Florida Department of Environmental Protection for the purpose of updating the City of Sarasota's current Vulnerability Assessment in the amount of $95,773.00

VI.5) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Sarasota and the Citrus, Cannery, Food Processing and Allied Workers, Drivers, Warehousemen and Helpers, Affiliated with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Local No. 173, for wages in total amount of $1,407,878.00

VI.6) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the contract between the City of Sarasota and Spectrum Underground Inc. (Bid No. 22-40AO) for the Urban Reuse Pump Station Demolition and Electrical project in the amount of $402,751.80
