VII.3) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 22R-3142, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2022 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish an expenditure budget in the amount of $315,000.00 to fund equipment and services for criminal investigations utilizing the Law Enforcement Trust Fund (LETF) in accordance to Florida Statues 932.7055

VII.4) Adoption Re: Second Reading of Proposed Ordinance No. 22-5446, prohibiting smoking on City owned public beaches and within city owned public beach parks at all times, except within designated smoking areas; providing a definition for the term "smoking;" providing for severability of the parts hereof, etc. (Title Only)

VII.5) Adoption Re: Second Reading of Proposed Ordinance No. 22-5447, amending the Code of the City of Sarasota, Chapter 22, Parks and Recreation, to prohibit smoking in city owned public parks at all times except within designated smoking areas; providing a definition for the term "smoking" providing for the repeal of Ordinances in conflict, etc. (Title Only)

VII.6) Adoption Re: Affirmation of Planning Board Resolution approving Major Conditional Use Application No. 22-CU-03 so as to amend Major Conditional Use Application 18-CU-03 by deleting therefrom four of the six proffered conditions; Major Conditional Use Application 18-CU-03 allowed construction and use of a Bar/Tavern which limited the sale and on-site consumption to beer and wine in a tenant space of the building located at 1445 2nd Street in the Downtown Core (DTC) Zone District, as a bar or tavern requires a Major Conditional Use approval in the Downtown Core (DTC) Zone District; recommending approval of Site Plan Application No. 22-SP-16 regarding said use; providing for conditions of approval, etc. (Title Only)

VII.7) Adoption Re: Affirmation of Planning Board Resolution approving Major Conditional Use Application No. 22-CU-02 to allow the existing approximately 1,130 square-foot tenant space, located at 354 St. Armands Circle to operate as a 12-seat beer and wine bar and cigar store as a bar or tavern requires a Major Conditional Use in the Commercial Tourist (CT) Zone District; approving Site Plan Application No. 22-SP-10 regarding said use; providing for conditions of approval, etc. (Title Only)
