VI) CONSENT AGENDA NO. 1:

VI.1) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Second Extension of the Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC (RFP #19-31BK) for Professional Consultant Investment Services for the Other Post Employment Benefits Trust Fund (OPEB). The first three-year agreement cost was $728,745.00 and the first one-year extension cost is estimated at $349,804.00. This second year extension cost is estimated at $350,000.00

VI.2) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Second and Final Extension between the City of Sarasota and Integrated Fire & Security Solutions, Inc. (Bid #19-15BK) for the Installation, Maintenance Repair and Upgrade Services for Low Voltage Access Control and CCTV Security Camera Systems on an as needed/as used basis with an annual approximate total of $110,831.00
