VI.3) Approval Re: Settlement of a fleet liability property damage claim against the City of Sarasota for $130,000.00 in damages from a motor vehicle accident involving a City vehicle that occurred on March 28, 2024
VI.4) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and the City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Second Extension of Agreement between the City of Sarasota and B&E Signal and Lighting, Inc. (ITB 20-25CM) for Traffic Signal Communications and Street Lights Installation Services. The City has spent $2,595,795.83 since the agreement was executed on July 7, 2020
VI.5) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Second Extension of Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Humiston & Moore Engineers, P.A. (RFP 19-54TS) for Consulting Engineering Services (Coastal Engineering) and the First Amendment To and Second Extension of Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Aptim Environmental & Infrastructure, LLC and Taylor Engineering, Inc. (RFP 19-54TS) for Consulting Engineering Services (Coastal Engineering). The City has spent $284,218.72 with Aptim Environmental & Infrastructure, LLC; $120,175.79 with Taylor Engineering, Inc.; and has not spent anything with Humiston & Moore Engineers, P.A. since the commencement of this Agreement on June 8, 2020
VI.6) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Fourth Amendment to Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. (RFP 20-28BK) for Consulting Engineering Services (Ringling and Pine Roundabout) in the amount of $15,000.00
VI.7) Approval Re: Acceptance of the Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety High Visibility Enforcement and Support Grant (Project 433144-1-8404, Contract G2X22) in the amount of $29,166.72 with no match required
VI.8) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement between the City of Sarasota and RedSpeed Florida LLC to add ten (10) Red Light Cameras to the RedSpeed Scope of Work

VII.1) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 24R-3260, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2023 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish a revenue and expenditure budget in the amount of $29,167.00 for the SPD Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety High Visibility Enforcement and Support Grant
VII.2) Adoption Re: Second Reading of Proposed Ordinance No. 23-5494, amending and restating the City of Sarasota Affordable Housing Trust Fund Ordinance; expanding the purposes for which monies in the Affordable Housing Trust Fund may be expended to include rental properties; further amending said Ordinance as more fully described herein; stating the manner in which expenditures from the fund shall be authorized; providing definitions; providing for severability of the parts hereof if declared invalid, etc. (Title Only)
VII.3) Adoption Re: Second Reading of Proposed Ordinance No. 24-5530, to rezone that certain vacant parcel of real property totaling approximately 7.51 +/- acres located on the east side of Beneva Road north of its intersection with Circus Boulevard with a street address of 930 N. Beneva Road from the Residential Multiple Family 1 (RMF-1) zone district to the Residential Multiple Family 3 (RMF-3) zone district; all as more particularly set forth herein, etc. (Title Only) (Application Nos. 24-REN-01, Applicant Philip DiMaria, AICP, CNU-A of Kimley-Horn, Inc. as agent representing D.R.
