VII.1) Adoption Re: Affirmation of Planning Board Resolution recommending approval of Major Conditional Use Application No. 24-CU-02 to allow a Yacht Club to operate within the proposed building in the Residential Single Family 1 (RSF-1) Zone District, as a yacht club requires a Major Conditional Use Approval; approving Site Plan Application No. 24-SP-16 regarding said use; providing for conditions of approval; and providing for an effective date. Site Plan Application No. 24-SP-16 includes construction of a new yacht club building, outdoor deck and pool area, tennis center building, tennis court, and repaved parking area; all upon real property located at 301 Bird Key Drive (Application Nos. 24-CU-02 and 24-SP-16, Applicant: Joel J. X.1) Public Hearing Re: Proposed Ordinance No. 25-5560, providing that Chapter 34.5 of the City Code, entitled Vacation Rentals, shall be amended as more fully described herein; including but not limited to providing that the City may request supplemental information to complete processing a request for change in designated responsible party; deleting requirement to provide proof of county local business tax upon registration; requiring a map with emergency evacuation route be placed in vacation rentals; requiring inspections to be scheduled within 30 days of filing applications; providing for non-refundable fees; providing that the failure to notify the city of a change in the designation of the "designated responsible party" shall be a violation of the vacation rental ordinance; clarifying that advertising includes online advertising; and amending and restating Ordinance 24-5506; all as more fully specified herein; providing for the severability of the parts hereof, etc. (Title Only)
