VI.1) Approval Re: Authorize the City Manager to approve the City of Sarasota Public Officials/Employment Practices Liability, Law Enforcement Liability, Cyber Liability and other liability insurance renewals brokered through Public Risk Insurance Advisors effective October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022 with the renewal cost increased by 1.95% totaling $9,009.60 for a combined premium in the amount of $470,403.85

VI.2) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute Agreements between the City of Sarasota and Crowther Roofing and Sheet Metal of Florida, Advanced Roofing, Inc. and Sutter Roofing Company of Florida (RFP #21-35 BK) for City Wide Roof Inspection, Installation and Repair Services. The City spent approximately $28,427.00 last year for these services
